At The Glen, we hope to provide a community that supports you in living your best each day as you age. We hope to support each person living in our community by approaching their overall wellness from several perspectives including physical, spiritual, emotional, and social angles. We offer strength and balance chair classes, gentle yoga, and water aerobics. We also host educational speakers, art exhibits, and performing artists.
Our residents often come together for bible studies, hymn time and worship services, because enjoying friends and neighbors is an important part of everyday life at The Glen. Residents enjoy each other whether they are gathering for a Friday social hour or heading out on the town for shopping and lunch. It is our goal that residents have opportunities to enhance their wellness and enrich their lives.
